Al Nab'a is aiming to continue increasing the Omanization rate of the company and inducting potential Omani employees in various sectors of the Organization.
We focus on promoting and encouraging local talents and our National staff strength matches with the requirements as specified by the Ministry of Manpower. Use of local product is given extreme importance in all sects of Al Nab'a Group.
Our In-house training is dedicated to empower the nationals with the required skills thereby ensuring more opportunities for the nationals with further expansion in line with their aspirations, potential and the needs of the business.
